This is the Delivery and Returns Policy for Hebden & Holding (Keighley) Ltd. hebdenandholding.co.uk and hebdenandholding.com (the “Website”)

At Hebden & Holding we want you to be happy with your order. Our guarantee means that if for any reason, you are unhappy with the items you have purchased just return them to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days and we will replace them or issue a full refund less any initial carriage charge.

Carriage charges apply on orders below £100 excluding vat and on goods in excess of 3m long. Products excessively heavy e.g. lead are price on application.

Deliveries to Highlands or Islands price of carriage varies according to the speed of delivery required (unlike the rest of the UK next day delivery is not standard), goods in excess of 1200mm long have an additional premium.

As our carrier normally collects from us at 4pm, any orders placed after 3pm may not be despatched the same day.

All deliveries require a signature, if goods are returned to us having failed delivery, charges will apply.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 if you buy online  your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 days of receipt.

Should you wish to return any items please email info@hebdenandholding.co.uk detailing the delivery note number, product code and quantity of the items you wish to return.  We will email you a Returns Note.

Return requests made 14 days after goods received may be declined or be subject to a restocking charge.

Non-stock items, which have been specially ordered,  have to be sent back to the manufacturer for inspection and report. Carriage charges and any re-stocking charges will be deducted from the total refund value or may not be refunded at all.

We can assist in the return of most items using our carrier partner’s return to shop service.  This is chargeable, but if you would like to use this service, please indicate this when emailing your return request and we will advise the procedure and cost.

Please note: B2B Business to business transactions do not fall under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
